The Unknown Episode 30

Richard Luthmann and I talk Ukraine, trade wars, What the Hales, Monica Ciardi, Body Brokers, and more

Richard Luthmann and I were back and ready to battle.

First on the agenda was the situation in the Ukraine. To sum up, Richard thought that President Trump was playing chess while everyone else played checkers while I thought that Vladimir Putin was the one playing chess while everyone else played checkers.

Earlier in the week, Ukraine and the US agreed to a cease fire with the Ukraine regaining aid and intelligence sharing.

The Russians have signaled they would be for a cease fire but on its terms.

On trade, Richard, again, thought Trump was playing chess while I was not sure what the end game was.

Richard said the USMCA needed to be renegotiated, except President Trump negotiated it in 2018.

In the What the Hales segment, Jeremy Hales was not pleased with us, and he claimed that our arrests were imminent.

Here are some things he said.

Solicitation from others to harass and break the civil protection orders.

Local authorities are taking this very, very serious.

There are other things that are going to happen with Otter creak authorities.

There's no doubt whatsoever that the Walruses that Deuce that stupid dump have been solicitation for defamation, solicitation for harassment under the civil protection order.

The local authorities here in Florida are requesting that you and us put all of our screenshots together, our screen recordings together and time stamps.

The whole thing stemmed from this fundraiser, and his belief that Lisa from Two Lee’s in a Pod was promoting it.

Somehow, he believed this violated the {bogus} protective order he got in Ohio against John Cook and Michelle Preston, even though they weren’t involved in it.

He said the stories I’ve written “harassed” him. The whole thing reminded me of two great movie scenes. First, it’s Billy Madison.

Because he kept misusing “solicitation”, I busted out this classic from The Princess Bride.

Next, we examined Hales divorce which lasted approximately ten years. A custody evaluator and at least two guardian ad litem were appointed. Contempt and sanctions motions flew back and forth.

Speaking of the Hales divorce, here is Jeremy’s son, Jason, calling him an abuser who nearly drove him to suicide.

Paul Boyne had another hearing in his conjured-up case. He told us little happened at the hearing Monday March 14, 2025, except he got a new attorney, Todd Bussert.

Paul was unhappy because he saw him give the prosecuting attorney, Jack Doyle, hug, however after the broadcast, Paul sent an email stating that Bussert was accomplishing things quickly.

Bussert, who did not respond to an email, is the head of complex litigation in the Connecticut public defender’s office.

Richard updated on the Monica Ciardi case. He argued that the family court judge, Peter Bogaard, in Monica’s case is politically connected with a history of malfeasance.

Morris County, New Jersey’s legal system is a swamp of political favoritism, and at its center is Judge Peter A. Bogaard, a former NJ Governor Chris Christie-era appointee caught red-handed in a web of ex parte communications, conflicts of interest, and judicial misconduct.

The cases under his gavel don’t just demand his recusal—they require a full transfer out of Morris County to prevent further damage both for existing litigants and by Judge Bogaard.

The appearance of impropriety makes it impossible for Judge Bogaard to hear another case in Morris County and for anyone not to question whether it is a sham. This is particularly true for anyone with political connections.

In a shocking February 2024 court proceeding, Bogaard openly admitted to contacting the Morris County Prosecutor’s Office – on Lincoln’s Birthday – about allegations concerning Monica Ciardi, a current NJ Family Court hostage.

The Great Emancipator is in tears.

Ciardi, one of many victims of Morris County Family Court corruption, faces 33 years in prison for simply posting about Bogaard’s “threats” on Facebook and making “false allegations” against an abuser, an ex-husband who also happens to be a Morris Plains, NJ, shooting instructor for the Morris County Sheriff’s Office and many local municipal units.

Monica is in jail on more bogus charges because she forgot quotation marks. Law enforcement claims she made threats but the only threat is to their power structure.

We also talked about my body brokers case and the legal abuse against Tess Vega.
