The victims of OC probate are mad as hell, and they aren't going to take it anymore
The loved ones of probate court victims gathered today on the steps of the courthouse in Orange County, California.
The families of probate court victims in Orange County, California are mad as hell and they aren’t going to take it anymore.
They have a lot to be mad about: mainly loved ones isolated, pilfered, drugged, and maybe even killed.
Just listen to Woodrow Shirley.
“I kept my mother for twenty years and not on any medication. They took my mother out of my house and in ninety days they killed.” He said.
His mom had a few rental properties that probate court vultures wanted; they took control of her estate, she died and the properties were sold.
Here is Rita King. King’s father remains in a conservatorship- what California refers to as guardianship- and that’s peculiar since his conservatorship is and always was “temporary”. This “temporary” conservatorship is in its fifth year.
Primarily, it is our elderly who are caught up in probate abuse, but sometimes it also happens to our young and healthy- like Brittney Spears.
In Orange County, that’s also the case. I previously interviewed Ilya Tseglin whose son got abused by this system.
Here is Deborah Donathan, whose special needs son, JJ, has also been caught up.
Here is Lori Schiller talking about how her mom was isolated from her and her family.
Check out my interview from last year with Lori.
There is a ring- a cabal or even a racket- in Orange County probate. It’s made up of judges, lawyers, doctors, and real estate professionals. Their job is ostensibly to care for the ward- the one put into conservatorship- and to make conservatorship as non-intrusive as possible. Their actual roles are to plunder the estate, drag these cases out so that as many people as possible can make money, while isolating and even killing those they are duty bound to protect.
This ring includes judges like David Belz and Ebrahim Baytieh: lawyers like David Shaver, Eric Becker, Samantha Morris-Jones, and Fred Muscarella.
It also includes Theresa Gorman and her husband Ruben Martinez.
They have ruled through fear, intimidation, and influence for years, but the victims are taking the power back.
