The Unknown episode 5

Rich and I welcome another mom whose child's sexual abuse disclosure was covered up.
Ria Aichour, from a petition she started

Rick Luthmann and I were back talking about current events, the latest update in Paul Boyne’s criminal saga, and an update in the Girard case from Cook County.

We also brought on a guest with an awful story: Ria Aichour.

Ria’s daughter has disclosed child molestation allegations to more than ten people, Ria told me on the broadcast, but the New Jersey Division of Child Protection and Permanency (DCPP) will not substantiate the molestation.

One of those who Ria’s daughter disclosed to is Bandy Lee. Rick described it further.

Dr. Bandy Lee, a forensic psychiatrist and violence expert who evaluated M.C., described in a letter to the court that the child exhibited "elevated temperatures and complaints of pain and itching in her vagina" following these visits.

M.C. later articulated in "unmistakable terms" that her father had been sexually abusing her, a revelation corroborated by consistent stories to medical providers and school officials. Dr. Lee added that the child’s drawings, which were shown to school officials and doctors, indicated credible and detailed accounts of the abuse.

Ria’s pleas have fallen on deaf ears, and DCPP has taken action against her not the molester. DCPP took her daughter from her care, substantiated abuse against her, and she hasn’t seen her for 92 days.

Ria’s case is part of an underreported epidemic. All throughout the US, social services, the police, and the courts have a habit of turning a blind eye to sexual abuse.

Take the Van Den Bergh case from St. Louis County.

There is this notorious recording between Caroline Less, formerly Van Den Bergh, the girl’s mom, and Elaine Pudlowski the guardian ad litem. The girl disclosed abuse, but Elaine goes out of her way to minimize the disclosure.

“I don’t think your daughter would just make something up. Ok. Did he stick his finger up her butt? I don’t know. I do not know. I will not guess. She says he did. He says he didn’t.” Pudlowski states in the audio.

In that case, the girl, now a teenager, disclosed sexual abuse over ten times over a number of years. Those disclosures were never substantiated. One time social services did substantiate the abuse before an appeals process overturned the substantiation.

The two parents now share custody, meaning the man this girl says stuck a finger up “her butt” sees her half the time.

In August, I interviewed Whitney Thompson.

Whitney’s ex-husband has tried to commit suicide twice, and in 2021, he was in a bar fight which led to a plea to assault.

On top of that, Whitney said her kids disclosed sexual abuse.

“He pimped them out,” Whitney told me.

Though her kids have disclosed to several people- including therapists and teachers- social services have also never substantiated the abuse.

As such, the judge in her custody case, Judge Robert Heggie, has used that as a reason to temporarily give Charles Thompson sole custody.

In the Girard case, despite the two teenage girls repeatedly disclosing sexual abuse by their mother, social services have also never substantiated the abuse, and Jane Girard, the girls’ mother, has never been charged. Below is part of Kenton Girard’s civil RICO lawsuit in which he explains how these numerous disclosures were covered up.

In 2019, I reported on the death of James Ryker Biel, who was nearly three years old when he died in his father’s custody. James died from a prolapsed septum- likely due to being anally raped repeatedly- which caused his neck to snap.

That death was ruled accidental, and no one has been charged. Thomas Biel, the boy’s father was charged with raping Kara, after admitting to it twice.

One of the admissions by text message

He pled guilty to lesser charges. Thomas Biel had sole custody at the time of his son’s death, despite admitting to rape, being investigated for child pornography and reported for abusing his daughter. Here is part of my Daily Caller article.

“On 3/26/19, I received a child abuse neglect report from DCFS investigator Amanda Patricoski. The report stated that Kara Witkowski had taken her three-year-old daughter to Advocate Medical Group on 3/25/19,” the Elgin Police Department report stated, “Kara reported to Dr. Valina that (Witkowski’s daughter) had small bruises on the back of her leg after being cared for at her paternal grandfather’s house.”

All throughout the country child molesters are getting away with these heinous crimes due to the dereliction of police, social services, and the courts.
