This is all too familiar- and sadistic.

Yes, false accusations of sexual abuse are common in family court. Especially by mothers.

The allegation is coming from the child here, not the mother.

Just curious, was an investigation done into these accusations or are we just treating accusations as fact based on who is making them? For all I know, this teenage girl wants to live with her mom because her mom isn't strict and lets her run the streets with friends, and dad is strict and doesn't play that. It wouldn't be the first case like this. I'm always wary of claims with no evidence. Partly, because without evidence we're essentially marking this person as guilty.

Also, your prejudice against parental alienation isn't evidence of wrongdoing. A tiny handful of people agree with you, all of whom mostly deal with a lot of apparent alienators with accusations and no evidence.

Was there an investigation, or did mandated reporters not report?

Yes, she reached out to a random person to say she's being abused because her father is strict. It's probably why she calls him by his first name, because he's strict.
