{In the podcast, attorney David Kracke makes a big deal about a mother contacting her daughter through Instagram. The order signed by Judge Walker forbids even this contact.}
In a shock motion, an Idaho father argues that his daughter accusing him of being abusive helps his case.
The motion was filed by attorney, David Kracke, on behalf of his client on September 12, 2024.
Mr. Kracke did not respond to an email and voicemail for comment.
In the motion, Mr. Kracke shares several screenshots of text messages his client’s daughter sent accusing his client of being sexually, physically, and emotionally abusive. This teenager had some choice words for the judge in the case: Diane Walker, of Ada County.
This is no surprise. Judge Diane “Mengele” Walker’s courtroom caters to abusers. I first exposed Judge Mengele in July 2024.
An Idaho judge has an anti-woman bias, according to two women who had the misfortune of stepping into her courtroom.
Veronica Biaz and Sabrina Gear are sharing their stories exclusively with me.
They both say that Judge Diane “Mengele” Walker was biased toward them, and they know other women who faced the same bias.
Mr. Kracke has made a habit of introducing evidence of his client’s abuse. In a July hearing, he talked about how his client’s daughter found photos on his computer, but he claimed the problem was that his client’s daughter was secretly communicating with her mom and her stepdad.
Kracke went on to reveal that his client’s daughter found concerning photos on his client’s iPad, but the problem was the secret communication.
In this recent motion, Kracke meticulously documented how his client’s daughter reached out to a third party to share his client’s abuse, along with Judge Walker’s tyranny.
On September 8, 2024, {The teenager} viewed a post from Sn2b.dr.kensington that requests a video from individuals on how “Judge Diane Walker has terrorized your childhood” and supplies a phone number (***-***-****) to send such information. On September 8,2024, {The teenager} also viewed a post from Sn2b.dr.kensington detailing the story of the rape of a child and Judge Walkers alleged involvement. Attached hereto as Exhibit C is a true and correct copy of the posts requesting stories from the public.
After viewing these posts, {The teenager} sent a text message to the number provided in which she realleges the abuse allegations against me and a narrative in the hopes of providing relevant information to the political movement against Judge Walker.
All this he blamed on the girl’s mom.
I am well aware that the court is concerned about {The girl’s mom’s} behavior, not Veronica Baiz. However, it is clear that Veronica Baiz worked with {The girl’s mom} to facilitate this contact, and {The teenager’s} actions described herein. Veronica Baiz and {The girls mom] are both members of Facebook groups regarding a campaign to remove Judge Walker.
Mr. Kracke provided no further evidence that the girl’s mom directed her to make this contact.
Not surprisingly, Judge Mengele accused this mother of parental alienation, a position she explained in a July 2024 hearing.
Judge Walker even blamed this mother’s current husband for participating in the so-called “alienation”
This mother has been on supervised visits for over two years, however, according to Judge Walker, the so-called alienation has not gotten better.
If the mother is all but out of her daughter’s life, how is the alienation continuing? Maybe, it’s not alienation, but abuse, like the girl stated.
Judge Mengele, in the same July 2024 hearing, said that supervised visits weren’t supposed to be permanent, except that’s how she’s got it right now.
The mother was placed on supervised visits after their daughter lost a lot of weight, and this was blamed on her exclusively, not both parties.
Meanwhile, Kracke, during this July hearing, touted how great the girl was doing in her father’s care.
The child was doing so well that less than two months after making this statement, she contacted a third party to say her father- who she’s forced to live with- is sexually, physically, and emotionally abusive.
During the same hearing, Kracke also made an issue of the child calling her father by his first name, and her stepfather “dad”.
She’s doing great.
I reached out to the mother in this case and her attorney, Regan Charlton, but I received no response.
I left a voicemail with Judge Walker’s chambers, but I also received no response.
Since my last article, a campaign has been started to vote Judge Mengele out of office.
Judge Mengele will be on the ballot this November.

I had a teenager who says they were affected by judge Diane Walker reach out via Instagram, text and email. As you know the campaign for voters to be informed of Judge Walkers’ atrocities is well underway. There have been different campaign outreach themes and we have had several teenagers reach out with their side of how they’ve been impacted by Judge Walker’s barbaric rulings. The gal in the attached message is very brave and outspoken about her abuse, allegedly by the father, according to the teen she has reported it to authorities and those and other authorities have also reported it to Child Protective Services of course Judge Walker instead has banished the mother. For over 2.5 years they have been at Kids Services and the entire maternal family is not allowed contact due to judge Walkers PAS spew.
According to the teenager, the father allegedly has taken photos of her in the shower, asks to see her private areas along with slapping her in the face and calling her a “bitch” among other alleged sexual grooming behaviors and grotesque names.
Below is an email the teenager sent, making these allegations.
Judge Mengele has a custody trial set for 2025 in this case- hopefully, she’s voted out by then. That seems perfunctory. If the mother is on supervised visits headed in, we can all guess how Judge Mengele will rule. Judge Mengele loves abusers.
