There is essentially no talk of courts or judges in CA. That should be concerning to a democracy, because the moment silence becomes the response to corruption, the corruption roots and nobody is in a democracy any more. Authoritarian dictatorship maybe. But, the reality is all the regulatory boards cover for each other instead of actually doing any regulation. Despite having the highest paid judicial counsel and most staffed in the United States, CA punishes and or unseats less judges than any other state. So, the 7th largest economy on the planet is entirely corrupted by media counsels and unchecked judges turning the courts into favor trading circle jerks.

Don't even get me started on the BAR court. There's literally no constitutional consideration for this court's exsistence. It's a private entity protecting itself from liability, mostly by lying and taking bribes.
