How does AAG Deichert represent the CONNECTICUT JUDICIAL BRANCH and for what purpose? Is there a particular office within the Branch? What is the position of AG Tong that is being argued?
The current Connecticut Attorney General is William Tong, a former Connecticut House of Representatives member.
In fact, he was part of the notorious House Judiciary Committee, which routinely rubber stamped the appointment and reappointment of all the corrupt judges.

One thing Tong is noteworthy for is confronting Judge Gerald Adelman, of the Riordan V Ambrose case in his reappointment in 2017.
“Some people have accused you of being biased against them, and in particular women,” Tong told Judge Adelman in the hearing, according to this Wayne Dolcefino video.
