Thygesen's on the brink of leaving the country with child they stole
Their breathtaking power knows no end.
The Thygesen family is on the verge of completing one of the most brazen and breathtaking acts of judicial corruption I have ever seen, and I’ve seen a lot of abuse in the judiciary.
Earlier this week, a judge all but assured that Christopher Thygesen would leave the continent with his son when he approved a move away order to Denmark.
The Judge who issued this order is Judge Russell Roeca, a “gay lawyer,” according to the website EBar. He was appointed to the San Francisco Superior Court in 2020 by Democratic Governor Gavin Newsom.
As Judge Roeca noted, he issued this move away order to Denmark despite there being no final custody order. The parties have been using a temporary order issued in 2019.
I first wrote about the Thygesen’s as the last article in 2022.
Chris Thygesen and Kailin Wang went on a couple dates, had some sex, and she got pregnant. During her pregnancy, Chris showed nothing but love for his unborn child, like the text message below.
Chris was busy picking the lint off his shirt and missed his son’s birth. In fact, this lint was quite a handful. Chris never saw his son for his first six months.
Kailin was raising their son alone in Utah.
Chris was busy getting his daddy to make things right. His daddy is Allan Thygesen, formerly in the C-Suite at Google and now the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Docusign, a publicly traded company.
The Thygesen’s went to work. Chris was not even on the birth certificate, and the child wasn’t living in California but Utah.
No matter, ex-parte- or without letting Kailin know- they went to a judge in San Francisco and got an emergency order for Chris to get custody of the son he’d never met.
That order remains the order the San Francisco Court has used for five years.
Even the gay lawyer said so.
“There is no final custody order in this matter.” The gay lawyer said while allowing Chrs to move to another continent.
That’s because the Thygesen’s don’t like due process or fairness. They like lawfare.
They employ numerous attorneys at once. For a while, Darrick Chase was the face of the divorce, but Darrick died under mysterious circumstances.
Records revealed Chase’s death was a result of a self-inflicted gunshot wound cause by an unregistered pump action model 97 Winchester 12-gauge shotgun that had reportedly belonged to his grandfather. Records show Marin County sheriff deputies, and Novato firefighters, tried unsuccessfully to preform CPR after Chase’s son found his father unresponsive in the garage of his family home on January 21, 2023.
The following day, Chase’s son reportedly discovered a letter of intent and holographic will, resulting in Chase’s death officially being declared a suicide.
The Thygesen’s also employed Doug Rappaport, who can charge up to $800 per hour.
That was weird since Doug Rappaport is a criminal lawyer and Chris wasn’t charged with a crime.
Doug was hired to use his influence to get Kailin charged with a crime.
Doug was shy and did not respond to my email for comment. Docusign has ignored each of my emails, including the one I sent for this article.
Doug got Kailin charged with crimes for writing mean things on the internet.
Those mean emails were also used to get the Domestic Violence Restraining Order (DVRO) that the gay lawyer referred to in his order letting Chris move to another continent.
The court deemed Kailin unfit and she has been on unsupervised visits for years.
Doug Rappaport, the criminal lawyer, has taken over as the face of the custody case for the Thygesen’s.
Instead of hearings, the Thygesen’s file a series of ex-parte motions.
Here is part of an email an exasperated Kailin wrote complaining of the numerous ex-parte motions which have been filed.
Besides Rappaport, Chris also employs Michelene Insalaco for appeals. I reached out Ms. Insalaco but she did not respond to an email for comment.
Along with at least two lawyers Chris also hires experts like the FBI agent who talked about Stochastic violence- otherwise known as made up violence. He has also hired at least two therapists: Dr. Jennifer Denton and Dr. Karli Cleary. Dr. Cleary hired attorney Brad Hinshaw to represent her while she acts as an expert.
Brad did not respond to my email for comment. A message left at Dr. Denton’s office was left unreturned.
Dr. Cleary never met Kailin but that hasn’t stopped her from forming opinions.
Stanford must be proud.
Dr. Denton watched Kailin on supervised visits and that was enough to form an opinion.
Kailin calls her son by the name she gave him- the Thygesen’s changed it- and sweetie. That’s bad: very sound science.
Still, all these lawyers and all these experts are expensive. Which is weird because Chris claims to be a poor out of work information technology guy in court filings.
Here is part of court order, “There is not a demonstrated disparity between the parties in access to funds to retain or maintain counsel or in the ability to pay for legal representation. Both parties are unemployed. Petitioner receives unemployment and Respondent is receiving public assistance.”
How does an out of work tech guy afford multiple attorneys, experts, and former FBI officials? Why, if I didn’t know any better, I’d say that his CEO father is paying for all this.
Now, Joe Biden will tell the voters in November that the economy is cranking. Don’t believe him. Times are tough, just ask Chris Thygesen.
Even though Silicon Valley is home to the tech industry and his father is the CEO of a publicly traded company, Chris can’t find a job anywhere in Silicon Valley, anywhere in California, or anywhere in the US. The only job he can find is in Denmark. That’s why the gay lawyer approved his move away order.
“The Court notes that Father has been unemployed for at least six months. It also notes that Mother is not employed. Father has recently been given a job offer in Denmark with a starting date of May 6, 2024.” The gay lawyer stated in his order.
It gets even better. The gay lawyer doesn’t think a hearing is necessary before making his determination to move the child to another continent.
“Mother has now requested a long cause hearing to be held before the move away order is considered. However, given the totality of the circumstances, no evidence has been produced that could reasonably sway this court to conclude other than the preponderance of the evidence supports a finding that the move with his father is in the child's best interest.” The gay lawyer noted further.
It’s law fare at its worst.
This could make for an interesting case—in Denmark's courts, not ours—under the Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction, especially because all parties and the court concede there is no final order. Hands down, one of the most horrific examples of the “System” being weaponized by one of these “unemployed” C suite Execs. The way this child and all of their children have been and continue to be leveraged is unfathomable. 😭 💔 Thank ypu fpr continuing to bring these stories to light. 🙏
