It’s been over a month since I checked in with what parents around the nation are posting on social media about their trials and tribulations with child custody.

Here are some of the most interesting posts I have spotted recently.

If this post accurately reflects the court order, the custodial parent can refuse access for any reason. If the court order does say that non-custodial visits are at the custodial parent’s discretion, then the custodial parent has full power to determine when the other parent sees the child.

The court has deemed this parent very unfit.
