Note, Marijuana has been legal in Illinois since January 1, 2020, however, given her history there might be a better profession.

I just wanted to know whether to check the jurisdictions listed on the website. I never meant to imply it was against state law. Nor am I anti-legalization.

I searched Chicago P.D.'s public database of arrest records and did not find her.

I also reviewed the Illinois Rules of Evidence. The hearsay finding seems on solid ground.

Disallowing live testimony was another question. What reason or reasons was or were given to support that ruling?

She's got arrests in other towns. I don't remember why the judge disallowed the interview.
