The Orange County court and commissioner, Patrick Flannery, were involved in falsely stating a case I had against a retired narcotics officer turned PI, Armando Zatarain, had been dismissed. I had hired Zatarain to investigate the concealed abuse and deaths of my uncle and mother which we now believe may have been murders for their Estates. Zatarain turned on me and withdrew the month after hiring him. Others involved admitted they were threatened and bribed. Zatarain has threatened me with litigation if I communicated with him further and did not remove my Yelp review on him. I filed a complaint against the commissioner who muted me in my lawsuit against Zatarain to recover the money. The commissioner blocked me from hearing the testimony. I was on video call and across my screen the words kept flashing, my name and asking if I could hear this. I didn't know how to respond by typing a reply. Zatarain was in person and brought his evidence to the court on the date of the trial instead of uploading to the court portal as required. Being out of state, I was never able to see his evidence. His assistant falsely stated they mailed it to me but were unable to provide any tracking and did not even have my address. The commissioner ruled against me. When I filed a complaint with Orange County
against the commissioner, after filing to have the commissioner's ruling overturned due to technical issues, they actually stated that Zatarain produced evidence showing that he uploaded documents to the portal. They would not provide me that evidence and now the court is stating the case was dismissed and there is no evidence! The Orange Orange County judicial system is as crooked as Los Angeles County apparently. They're hoping to run whistleblowers ragged so they will give up.
