Social media buzzing with parents dealing with CPS and custody

Let's look at Facebook, twitter and more for more scenarios parents are dealing with when CPS and the courts enter their lives.

This photo from social media is fake news. It pushes a faulty narrative, but more importantly, the so-called statistic is entirely made up. No one has studied how many fathers have committed suicide from family court.

It’s been well over a month since I checked in with social media to see what parents are dealing with.

Here’s a peek at one I did from November 2023.

If you have a fear of public speaking, trying to work it out as your own lawyer is almost always going to lead to disaster.

Both these parents should be deemed vexatious litigants- those who persistently file frivolous filings- they each filed for emergency custody and now they want to settle.

If the other parent was so unfit you needed emergency custody, why are you settling…unless the emergency motion was not filed in good faith.
