This photo from social media is fake news. It pushes a faulty narrative, but more importantly, the so-called statistic is entirely made up. No one has studied how many fathers have committed suicide from family court.

It’s been well over a month since I checked in with social media to see what parents are dealing with.

Here’s a peek at one I did from November 2023.

If you have a fear of public speaking, trying to work it out as your own lawyer is almost always going to lead to disaster.

Both these parents should be deemed vexatious litigants- those who persistently file frivolous filings- they each filed for emergency custody and now they want to settle.
