The last remnant of the worst saga in American divorce and child custody history has taken another step forward.
Though the youngest of the five Rucki children is twenty, a case in Florida has taken another step forward.
While the case in Florida has an address listed for Grazzini-Rucki, she doesn’t reside there.
In fact, she is, and has been for many years, homeless: residing only where someone allows her to reside.
She is not even currently located in Florida I have been told.
Furthermore, the Rucki case is located in Minnesota.
It has only been transferred there because someone was convinced that she was residing there in 2021.
Now, without a hearing, the case has moved forward with collections of back due child support for children twenty years and older.
Sandra Grazzini-Rucki is a six time felon- stemming from her two oldest daughters running rather than living with their father- and has not been employed in years.
She has no ability to pay and is only ordered to pay this because several Minnesota courts claimed her job status was not relevant in setting the child support order.
Grazzini-Rucki argues that the CSM erred by imputing potential income to her because the CSM (1) disregarded her actual income, (2) failed to make a proper statutory analysis, and (3) improperly adopted a level of income determined by the district court in a prior order. A CSM must calculate a parent’s income based on her potential income.” Judge Halbrooks (Minnesota appeals judge) stated in the order, justifying how a homeless woman can be forced to pay child support.
The courts laughingly proclaimed that Grazzini-Rucki could continue to work as a flight attendant despite her criminal record.
A key to the case is the inclusion of Social Security Title IVD (referred to as IV-D in the case type on the top right of the screenshot).
Social Security Title IV D was supposed to provide states with funds to help chase after deadbeat non-custodial parents.
This law is one of the central cogs that drives child custody and child support arrangements. Essentially the federal government reimburses states for having to research, prosecute, determine, and enforce child support, but also in section 458 incentivizes child support enforcement by paying states an amount equal to a portion of the support award itself.
Anne Stevenson noted about a decade ago in a written statement to Congress, “Instead of helping children, welfare reform created a new dangerous breed of Welfare Kings through HHS Office of Child Support Enforcement.”
It appears that this case is heading for one final outcome: the jailing of Sandra Grazzini-Rucki.
She has no money, no ability to pay, and they are chasing her long after any of her kids are eighteen, but back due child support is something can lead to jail time.

AND received 100% of SGR personal property, not only personal effects but also claimed her inheritance from the Grazzini Trust. To this day, DR lives in the family home (that was originally awarded to SGR and seized after forcefully removing her and making her homeless.) DR owns multiple properties, multiple vehicles, a multi-million dollar trucking company, and recently was awarded millions of dollars from a civil lawsuit that resulted after the two girls ran away. DR also retains a high buck attorney to represent him. He lives a luxury lifestyle that is afforded by robbing his ex wife out of everything she owns...this bid for child support is to literally squeeze every last penny. This is a revenge legal action and is not being initiated for the benefit of the now adult children.

This woman continues to lie about what happened in her marriage. there is absolutely no proof that her husband ever abused her or the children. she made a mockery of the court system and refused to put any proof out there but she uses social media to try and spread these lies against her husband and ruin his life and the lives of her children. people who support her are just too lazy to read the court documents and see all of the horrible things that she has done.
