No Mike. The BAR's wrath doesn't excuse the tiny number of honest responses to widespread and pervasive corruption for decades. It's not a new story that one individual gets targeted, nor is it new that the judge involved will likely get promoted or retire so they don't have to be concerned with ethics. The problem is the overwhelming majority of lazy, ethically and human emotion challenged attornies who would rather ride the crony train or trade favors than fill out a single document honestly. There's very little actual justice that occurs in our courts. That's the "big secret" that most people don't know because they manipulate the truth and control what is viewed or recorded. All of that needs to stop. Attornies need to report en masse to avoid retaliation. One person doing it will result in another excuse not to at large. That's not progress, that's the destructive status quo.
