When I started Court Watch I guess in 2011 or 12 when Atty Richard Fine was let out of jail for asking a judge on the take from the LA County to recuse himself so Fine could have a judge with clean hands.... Of course, Richard lost his license to practice law and was jailed in solitary confinement for 18 months by Judge Yaffe! I helped put together a FB page called, "Court Whores" and the lady who ran the page was being threatened by corrupt third party hacks and lawyers ...SO similar to the scammers in Michael's articles. Richard Fine suggested we take copious notes and quote what the court actors say in legal proceedings, including the judges. So we did...those people say the darnedest things. Hopefully legislators who have been duped by judges and lawyers who write law (lie about it) and then send those laws to OUR legislature by and through their judicial lobbyists will STOP. Laws written by judges pass through legislative committees like hot knives through butter. Laws written by and presented by the people...if the judges don't like them are killed. Every thing the people of AZ have done as constituents with their representatives to stop the Randy Rands, David Weinstocks and Warshacks of this world has been destroyed by the judges and their undue influence
in our legislature. When members of the US Supreme Court attend events at the Capitol they sit on their hands and shut their mouths....We checked, they do not have a lobbying wing to convince Congress of laws they have written to slip into their next session... AZ does! We are watching it play out. How do these hacks have the power to re-home vulnerable children into the hands of abusers? They have power over our legislatures. We are calling for a change in statute....Who has the right to lobby our law makers?...Remove three words, from the statute, "THE JUDICIAL BRANCH." The Judiciary violates Separation of Powers in AZ.
EXCELLENT! This young woman is a great spokesman for children who have been kidnapped and tortured by these court appointed hacks. I knew a mother from California whose child was transported to one of these child gulags in Washington state. They used electro shock treatment on her son. He was returned to her with brain damage.
