IMNSHO He should've filed charges against Judge Walker with the Chief Administrative Judge in the Supremes - for failure to enforce a court order. The original organic order issued in Hawaii after all the various court's are exercising concurrent jurisdiction and Hawaii has continuing exclusive jurisdiction.
Oh and BTW Judge Walker cannot give the mother the rights to make unilateral decisions when the custody arrangement was 50-50! This gentlemen was Prejudice All the Way Around!

That's not accurate. You can't file charges. What she did was wrong but you can't file charges.

She can. Both parties asked to modify the order. What she did has no legal reasoning, but she can modify the arrangement.
