Hey Beti… don’t be a scumbug. This isn’t your money. Why don’t you leave this family alone and go and earn some money by doing legitimate work instead of preying on the elderly!

Good question.

Man tries to do right by his family. Greedy woman starts false accusing. Court swoops in like a pack of vultures to rip the family off as much as they want with zero relief options and zero oversight. Half the things they do amount to conspiracy, child abuse, human trafficking and various other felonies, but the courts will not hold attorneys accountable, because they make the courts money committing these crimes, and the judges ultimately benefit from it either financially or by trading favors.

Nobody oversees judges to make sure they're not taking bribes. It's been legal to bribe judges, but only by municipalities that might be getting sued, for favorable outcomes since like 2012 here in CA. The judicial counsel refuses to make any investigations based on their personal relationships with the judges you accuse, so you have no chance of justice. You just have to take the abuse.

Probate, family and youth courts need auditing and serious reform, including basically imprisoning half the lawyers and services involved who over decades have bilked Americans out of billions of dollars, ripped off elders, trafficked humans and stolen children, and likely led to a lot of self harm by their victims due to an utter lack of relief options and their psychopathic incessant abuse of the system to cause you harm should you dare to point out they are acting corrupt.

Drain the swamp politicians, or get booted first. People are paying attention, and we're pissed.

Also we need to stop paying judges and remove immunity. Immunity is solely abused. Never once has judicial immunity served the public interest.

We need to go to volunteerism for judges, with strict oversight and swift complaint response. Any less just proves intent to continue violating the rights of participants, 14th and otherwise.

i definitely agree with the need to remove judicial immunity. That's Supreme Court precedent so it may require a Constitutional amendment. The public really needs to be made aware of the precedent setting case Stump V Sparkman before that can happen.
