Richard Kilbourn is the latest guest on the podcast.
Kilbourn is currently being housed by the Michigan Department of Corrections (MDOC) at the Robert G Cotton Correctional Facility in Jackson, Michigan.
He is serving out a life sentence for a murder he committed in 1989, when he was twenty-three years old.
“I live everyday full of remorse and sorrow for the life I took. I killed somebody over a stupid dispute.” Kilbourn told me.
