Eliminating one parent and attempting to break a loving bond between parent and child is the norm in family courts throughout the country.
The disregard for the rights of parents to bring up their children is unconscionable. This young man, along with thousands of others, have been and continue to be subjected to the willful infliction of trauma- family courts create the death of one parent - and suicidal ideation, anxiety, depression, school failure and other painful outcomes are the direct result of abusive actions of family court attorneys who profit from their pain and prolong litigation. They act to keep children separated from parents who have never been found to have abused their children by anyone and certainly not by a medical professional.
Healthy, fit, loving parents are systematically denied access to family court and there is little recourse or oversight. Parents are told they must file leave with the court- for the targeted parent to request the courts permission to file any motion. This alone is a deprivation of rights. And judicial discretion of family courts can deny leave and give no reason.
This is profit driven cruelty and unconscionable treatment of our children and parents. It’s been going on for decades.
