Kathy had all nine of her kids taken by Mecklenburg County’s DSS nearly twenty years ago. Also involved was an organization called The Council for Children’s Rights (CFCR).
In this update, Kathy says her case is far from done. One of her children has been placed into the system, even though he is an adult now.
