Of course you are talking to an atty. They cannot speak like human beings for fear it might get back to to a judge. There really should be a separtation between the judiciary and the bar. This is the AZ Bar Oath--->"take and subscribe an oath to support the constitution of the United States and the constitution and laws of the State of Arizona IN THE FORM PROVIDED BY THE SUPREME COURT.." I would never swear an oath to a court. We pay the lawyers but they don't work for us.
