Here is another example of the wisdom of the Orange County, California family court system.
In a hearing from January 2022, Judge Carmen Luege orders more visits for dad, but she acknowledges she’s taking a leap of faith with this order. Below is part of the transcript.
I am not going to not let dad visit with this · child when he's two miles away.· So, you know, the way I see this, either you can work with me and tell me what · you want me to put in that requires something between · 5:30 and 7:30 -- you either work with me or I'm going to · take a leap of faith that dad is going to take care of this child, and I'm going to order the visitation and · appoint minor's counsel.
Judge Luege said she will, “take a leap of faith that dad is going to take care of this child, and I'm going to order the visitation.”
It’s noteworthy that Judge Luege also believes that a minor’s counsel may be necessary. As I have been documenting, in OC, and the rest of the country, the answer to every problem in family court is the appointment of another court professional.
Yupper, throw that GAL at it, because that is just one more of the Family Court Cartel that must be brought on board for more $10K income.... and don't forget... the GAL most likely will never never talk to the child/children. Why? Because they do not have one care for the child/children... they are just objects in the money game. Info gathering by neutral source, what a farce. Child's opinion, never asked or investigated and if they did anything said would be falsely reported as positive. Cost is an issue? Nope, the parent with all the money does not care. And so it goes.

If anything happens to that child, where does the, “leap of faith “ come in—unaccountable and unbelievable
