Judge Devil horns we hardly knew you
It looks like Judge Nicole Zellweger has followed Hank Miller out the door of the controversial custody case I have been following.
My wit and charm continue to win friends and influence people.
Take the custody case from St. Louis County I have been tracking- Patrick Condren Vs Lauren Mills. Shortly after I contacted the lovely and talented Henry “Hank” Miller primarily to get his thoughts on the GOAT of basketball- it’s MJ- he quickly abandoned his client, Lauren Mills, rather than engage me in a spirited debate.
“We are withdrawing from your case for reasons that have already been discussed with you that have nothing to do with money,” Hank stated in an email to Lauren, shortly after getting a call from me. Hank was kind and pleasant as always.
According to anonymous sources- me- Hank only wrote that email because he came up with a nifty new slogan for his law firm, “When the going gets tough, Hank withdraws.”
To understand the effect I have on Hank, check out this photo.
I’d like to think that every time Hank thinks of me, he crosses his arms just like in the picture above.
I’ve known Hank a long time- since January 2021- when he joined nearly forty corrupt friends to talk about doxing media, having ex-parte communications with judges and others, all while belittling the very people he is hired to help.
With Lauren, he took a case he should have won easily and screwed it up so badly that it makes me wonder if he wasn’t throwing the game (something MJ would never do, which may explain Hank’s faulty NBA logic)
Lauren’s ex-boyfriend- Patrick Condren- has a history of abuse, and for a year and a half he was a small part of his son’s life.
A couple months with Hank as her lawyer and Lauren has guardian ad litem (GAL), a temporary restraining order against her and a bizarre custody arrangement where both she and her ex-boyfriend have supervised custody.
Meanwhile, her parents were pressured into hiring a lawyer for themselves.
The GAL is the equally lovely and talented Lisa Sigmund, who joined Hank on the Zoom call talking ex-parte, doxing media, etc.
Joining everyone on the case was Judge Nicole “Devil horns” Zellweger. Until now, Judge Devil horns was primarily known for ignoring a then fourteen-year-old who told her that her father had been molesting her. Judge Devil Horns sent this fourteen-year-old to live with her father anyway. That became known as the Freiner case.
I think Judge Devil horns got sick of being typecast as the Freiner case judge, and she wanted to spread her notoriety by making sure that Patrick got as much custody time as possible in this case.
Then, she found out I was tracking the case; no sooner did she find out then she joined Hank running for the exits.
I’m starting to get the feeling Judge Devil horns doesn’t like me. See, when I covered the Freiner case, I sent her this lovely email.
So, if I understood you correctly on the audio recording,
you thought this decision would end the family's conflicts, https://www.scribd.com/document/496484140/Freiner-v-Judy-Exhibit-a-Judgment-1-1
You thought that switching custody to an alleged abuser would calm the family. How exactly did you make such an unconventional decision? I am familiar with judges like you. Are you familiar with Judge David Knutson of Dakota County? Check out this order, https://www.scribd.com/document/405350147/G168-1201-0006 somewhat like yours, only you had a hearing before it.
The two oldest daughters ran and were hidden about nine months after this order. The mother was blamed, jailed, smeared in the media. Parental alienation there too. Very similar, no. This seems to be a pattern. What do you think? I don't understand why judges like you constantly presume abuse is parental alienation. Who is telling you this?
Do you know Rena Hughes, https://www.ktnv.com/news/contact-13/contact-13-family-court-judge-faces-charges again, parental alienation. It's amazing how many of you judges behave the same way while screaming parental alienation. Can you imagine if you're wrong? If it is abuse. You'd have a lot to answer for. Is that why you are desperate to hide the audio recording?
Judge Zellweger, I don't think you should be trying the Freiner case. I don't think you can be objective. I think you should recuse yourself. What do you think?
I sent that flirtatious email on March 1, 2021, and three days later she recused herself from that case.
I think she’s playing hard to get.
If you’re keeping score, this only leaves Lisa Sigmund left from the scumbag lawyer and judge pool on this case. Hopefully, she sticks around.
