Thank you Michael for giving the much needed coverage on the legal abuse syndrome that is perpetrated by professionals involved in divorces and custody disputes. Litigants should be aware and should understand that once they find themselves in family courts, the legal system will not release them until they are shirtless, homeless, and emotionally destroyed.

I don’t think we are well- liked in Spokane Washington Courts anymore. They definitely see us coming and know us by name.

We are petitioning the Supreme Court of Washington in a case our son was taken to get him on a cruise alone in a one- bed cabin with a 60+ year-old male babysitter at 13 yo. We had no cpS dealings. We were ruled fit and never got him back. He is now 21 and just refused his birthday cake.

We are told we likely jump-started the judge leaving the bench. We start our trial for our civil suit next summer against the babysitters.

I'm sorry about that.

Evita, In AZ we would like to regulate the legal profession and separate practicing attys from the judiciary. We have judges and lawyers judging judges and lawyers. The Arizona Oath for lawyers: "Upon admission to the state bar, an applicant shall also, in open court, take and subscribe an oath to support the constitution of the United States and the constitution and laws of the state of Arizona in the form provided by the supreme court," <--- WHAT THE HELL? When I saw this my jaw dropped AZ lawyers are beholden to the Supreme Court rules 1st, not their clients? I have looked for atty's oath in MO. Pulowski took the oath! I cannot find it(?!) You have been rolled by fellow attys. Judge Molloy in his book "The Fraternity" says, a law license is a license to steal. Lawyers are in a big club that protects attys if they play the game ..or persecutes if they don't! We want the people to decide. Lawyers deserve due process too, right? Let's hear what a jury has to say. In my 30 years ON Watch in the courts; it's always the best attys who fight for their clients who are raked over the coals! Thanks again Michael for shinning the light!
