Elaine Pudlowski alive and well, destroying more families
Elaine is charging at least $30,000 to destroy this one.
Derek Lambert’s divorce in St. Louis City has dragged on for nearly two years, and all that he’s had to show for it are numerous bills, a broken family, and he’s been relegated to supervised visits with his kids, despite no findings of abuse, neglect or dependency.
How could this happen? A look at Case-net- the system which tracks court cases in Missouri- gives a good clue, but the whole story is much deeper.
It started with the breakdown of their marriage. His ex-wife, Sarah Lambert, used this as an opportunity to poison their kids’ minds. Derek explained further.
As Derek explained, several therapists were not to his ex-wife’s liking, and she decided to end the marriage. When it was time to tell their kids, she said, “Well, you know your father gaslights me and emotionally abuses me.”
This caused his kids to then accuse him later of gaslighting and emotional abuse.
Sarah, like many, wasn’t using the term “gaslighting” correctly, but her goal was accomplished: their kids thought Derek was an emotional abuser.
Derek moved out, and Sarah took possession of the house and kids; she treated the kids as possession.
For a few months, she determined when he could see them and under what circumstances.
A trip to park turned into a fiasco, he told me, when she yelled at him for leaving her eyesight with the children.
Derek filed for divorce in July 2022.
Sarah quickly hired a divorce attorney who fit her personality: Elaine Pudlowski.
Just as Elaine was vying to be a judge, she was also out there destroying yet another family.
I reached out to Elaine on her cell phone; she answered this time. She quickly hung up, but this was the best seven second of my life.
Before she hung up on me, I got to ask Elaine, “Elaine, how are you?”
Hard hitting I know.
Despite the presence of the lovely and talented Ms. Pudlowski, things initially went smoothly for Derek. By October 12, 2022, a custody trial was scheduled.
For reasons which remain unclear, that trial was cancelled, and things fell apart from there.
Instead, Judge Scott Millikan ordered guardian ad litem (GAL) be appointed; that GAL was Cynthia Albin.
Cynthia Albin appeared with Elaine on the infamous Zoom conference in January 2021, but she only made a cameo appearance.
Cynthia got right to work. Like any good racketeer, Cynthia asked that a custody evaluator be appointed. After all, she couldn’t be the only to make money on this family.
Albin did not respond to a voicemail left at her law firm.
That custody trial- which was supposed to happen October 12, 2022- never got rescheduled.
Instead, along with the GAL and custody evaluator was appointed, the judge ordered the parties into mediation.
The mediation failed to produce any results, and nearly a year into the process Derek still had not custody order. Sarah was keeping the kids away, and he became desperate. He accepted supervised visits, in an order filed on April 13, 2023.
Derek explained further why he accepted this arrangement.
Derek noted in the interview that Sarah was able to control when he’d visit and then for about three months, she refused any visits at all. He saw supervised visits as the only way to see his kids at all.
Normally, I would put a lot of blame on his attorney, Jonathon Marks. Marks did not respond to an email for comment.
In this case, Marks filed several times, trying to get a custody arrangement. He filed a parenting plan.
Elaine never filed a parenting plan, and nothing came of the one Marks filed. Marks also filed a motion for temporary custody. The judge has yet to hear that motion.
Derek told me something remarkable: “I’ve never seen a judge.”
He’s never had a hearing. Check out the Case-net, and see for yourself.
There have been no hearings; instead, there are a lot of status conferences.
Though it’s classified as a hearing on Case-net, a status conference is not a hearing. As Missouri parents- particularly those in St. Louis County- will tell you, a status conference is a star chamber.
The parents come in with their lawyers; the judge immediately calls the lawyers into the judge’s chambers.
The judge and the lawyers. without the parents, then talk in secret in the judge’s chambers.
They all come out having made decisions for the family without input from the parents.
That’s what’s gone on in this case: these star chambers.
Finally, Derek told me that on October 26, 2023, he gave in. He gave Sarah everything she wanted, including supervised visits and over $4,000 in alimony and child support. An order was even entered.
Derek explained further why he proposed this deal.
Derek told me that by this point his kids were not only aggressive toward him but other adults, including the GAL and the mediator. He felt that allowing the process to drag out further would hurt them even more.
Sarah got everything; naturally, at the eleventh hour she rejected the deal. Elaine proposed a counteroffer.
Conveniently, this proposal has Derek paying Elaine’s fees. Derek explained why despite making $140,000 per year accepting this proposal would put him in financial dire straits.
Derek had no choice but to reject the offer; the case now continues.
Meanwhile, Sarah lives in the house Derek pays for, has the kids full-time, and she doesn’t work at all.
Derek remembers Sarah saying, “You know that I will never work again, and you will have to pay for everything,” on the day he left.
Her plan is working beautifully.
Gotta love this system.
The parties next have another status conference set for April 15, 2024.
Gag. This woman is earning her place in hell. Keep shining the light on this witch. She'll be in orange one day.
