Daily Docket News gives its take on Steintjes Vs Tolu
After I was the first to name Evita's ex-husband by name, DDN has taken the ball and run with it.
A couple weeks back, I wrote an article about Evita Tolu’s ongoing custody case.
The article is notable because even though both her sons are over eighteen, she was still forced to go to a child custody hearing which took place on October 13, 2022.
Evita told me she was forced to read the article during the hearing.
Here is part of it.
Evita’s continued that in the divorce he has proactively attempted to sever the relationship between Evita and her two sons- both through coercion and bribery- while then claiming that because he now spends more time with them, he should get more child support. Here’s part of his 2020 motion.
It is in the best interest of {their younger son} that Respondent {Stientjes} be granted sole and physical custody over the minor child. It is in the best interest of both children that Petitioner {Evita} be ordered to pay Form 14 child support to Respondent to help financially support the children, as well as for Petitioner to be ordered to contribute towards the college education costs of the children.
If Respondent is granted sole legal custody of [the younger son} by this Court, he should be granted possession of the child’s 529 UTMA, and demand savings account, as well as all of the pertinent personal papers of the minor child.
My article was also noteworthy because it is the first time her ex-husband has been named by name, Robert Steintjes.
Evita’s custody case triggered a revolution, particularly in St. Louis County and in Missouri.
Last year, Judge Michael Burton suddenly retired; this year, corrupt guardian ad litem and lawyer, Elaine Pudlowski, was thwarted in her attempts to become a judge.
The area has now been tainted with the label extremely corrupt.
It all started with Evita’s child custody case, but more accurately, it all started with a lawsuit about her case.
Because most of the stories focused on this lawsuit, her ex-husband had not been named until I named him.
In its latest edition, DDN takes the ball and runs with it: naming Steintjes as well.
