Governor Parson Decides to Go In Another Direction
Elaine Pudlowski will NOT be the next judge in Missouri's 22nd Judicial District.
It turns out that Stew Peters’ attention wasn’t necessary to keep the very corrupt lawyer and guardian ad litem Elaine Pudlowski from being the next judge in Missouri’s 22nd District.
The local St. Louis station KMOV broke the news.
Gov. Mike Parson announced Craig Higgins as the new Circuit Judge and Commissioner Rochelle Woodiest as the new Associate Circuit Judge Friday.
Higgins will fill in for James Sullivan. He is a lifelong resident of St. Louis City, and he has been the associate circuit judge since 2019.
Higgins earned a bachelor’s degree in Journalism from the University of Missouri-Columbia and his J.D. from Drake University School of Law. He served in the office of the city counselor for more than 20 years, including more than seven years as an attorney manager for the Municipal Prosecution Division.
Higgins was one of three candidates for a judge in the 22nd District. One of the other was Elaine Pudlowski. Here is part of a press release from June 7, 2022.
The Twenty-Second Circuit Judicial Commission announced the panel of three nominees to be submitted to Governor Michael L. Parson to fill the circuit judge vacancy in the city of St. Louis created by the retirement of Judge James E. Sullivan. Those nominated by the commission are:
Craig K. Higgins – Higgins graduated in 1988 from the University of Missouri-Columbia and in 1991 from Drake University School of Law. He is an associate circuit judge in the city of St. Louis.
Elaine A. Pudlowski – Pudlowski graduated in 1987 from Washington University in St. Louis and in 1993 from Washington University School of Law. She is a partner at Frankel, Rubin, Klein, Payne & Pudlowski.
David A. Roither – Roither graduated in 1996 from the University of Missouri-St. Louis and in 1999 from Saint Louis University School of Law. He is an associate circuit judge in the city of St. Louis.
KMOV chose to write a bland news story, even though they were the only news station in the St. Louis area who covered Elaine’s corruption with an in-depth news story.
Elaine wasn’t even mentioned in the story. Here is an appearance I recently made talking about Elaine.
👏👏👏👏👏👏 THIS IS THE BEST NEWS I’VE HEARD ALL DAY!!!!!!!
