It’s been a few months since I heard from Derrick Lee Cardello-Smith.
Derrick has an interesting story. First, he sued Sean Combs for hundreds of millions, claiming that Combs anally raped him in 1997.
He said current Wayne County Prosecutor Kym Worthy helped cover it up, and he even claimed he was wrongfully convicted for two rapes.
Derrick backed his claims with official documents, or so it seemed, like a police memo purportedly taken on the evening of his rape.
One of his rape victims recanted in a federal filing.
It was a dramatic story, which then fell apart. It started with this police memo. The Detroit Police Department, in response to a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request, said they had no documents relating to the rape of Derrick Smith by Sean Combs.
The story only got more dubious from there.
