Bonus Coverage: More Fred Davis Recordings

Davis admits to being secretly recorded.

Fred Davis, the notorious court appointee from Mississippi featured in my previous piece on parental alienation, admitted to being secretly recorded in session.

The admission comes in another audio of an attorney speaking with Davis.

The conversation was rolling along; the attorney even stated in his experience court appointed psychologists usually filed a motion to quash whenever he asked for records.

But about five minutes in, Davis makes a stunning admission.

“I do know that all the sessions were recorded except the sessions with {unintelligible},” Davis said.

When the attorney asked a follow up questions, Davis responded, “Tim {dad in case} secretly recorded all of them; he got the boys to record it. Anytime the boys or Tim were in session it was recorded. I didn’t know it until later, when it was submitted as part of his records.”
