Amber Wysocki joins me for an update in her case.
Amber was on the podcast in January; she was the primary caretaker for two children with her ex-husband until a North Carolina judge approved a custody switch with a twist.
Her ex-husband would not only be awarded primary custody, but he would be allowed to move the kids to Hawaii.
At the time of the podcast, the custody switch had not occurred yet, though an order was issued in October 2021.
“He didn’t have anything established for the kids in Hawaii and the court wanted to give him time to establish it,” Amber told me of why she continued to have custody when I interviewed her in January.
That time had come and as of February 6, 2022, her two kids with her ex-husband were moved to Hawaii.
