Elaine Pudlowski does not smile when a new edition of Daily Docket News comes out.

It’s been several months since I last summarized an edition of Daily Docket News (DDN), the mercurial emailed newsletter which focuses on corruption in Missouri courts.

That’s because it has been that long since a new edition has come out.

DDN first popped up in October 2020, to coincide with my first article on St. Louis County court corruption. I cited it in the article.

It has been a national scandal for decades in which family courts systematically failed to protect our minor children from physical, emotional, and/or sexual abuse by predatory parents. What is equally scandalous is the silence on the coverage of this unimaginable issue. Daily Docket News is dedicated to shine light on the grave injustices taking place in the family court “Swamp”, in the State of Missouri.

Daily Docket News is investigating the allegations raised by Tolu vs. James D. Reid, Ph.D., Elaine Pudlowski, Esq. & Jennifer Webbe Van Luven, LCSW, et al., Case No. 20SL-CC04680 filed in the Saint Louis County Circuit Court. A scandal appears to be brewing in this case, where Tolu, a former child custody litigant, is suing the court appointed forensic evaluator, James D. Reid, Ph.D. with the firm of James D. Reid, Ph.D., LLC, the court appointed guardian ad litem, Elaine Pudlowski, Esq. with the law firm of Frankel, Rubin, Klein, Siegel, Payne & Pudlowski, P.C. and the court appointed therapist, Jennifer Webbe Van Luven, LCSW with West County Psychological Associates. It is alleged that all three are involved in a horrific scheme, “Kids for Cash”, that benefited a predatory parent and exploited vulnerable minor children.

DDN continued to publish stories which it emailed until nearly forty corrupt guardian ad litem felt the need to hold a Zoom conference to talk about it and more.

DDN continued to publish emailed newsletters for about a year until it disappeared.

It reappeared in July 2022. Here is part of that edition.

Daily Docket News investigative team is currently probing deep into the Heimburger v. Heimburger, Case No. UNKNOWN, filed UNKNOWN, in the Saint Louis County Circuit Court, in which the host of the infamous, 01-27-2021, Zoom meeting, Sarah S. Pleben, Esq., is acting GAL. In Evita Tolu v. James D. Reid, PH.D. et al, Case No. ED109721, filed 06/14/2021, in the Eastern District Circuit Court of Appeal, the court held that there are no statutes or rules that authorizes a trial court to appoint a psychiatrist or psychologist to serve as the court's independent mental health expert in dissolution or child custody proceedings. Yet in in this divorce case, James D. Reid, Ph.D. is back in the game trafficking NFL star Craig Heimburger and Dawn Heimburger’s three children through his fabricated evaluation reports. It is astonishing how corrupt officers of the court are caught red handed committing unthinkable acts on Missouri children, claim immunity, and then just carry on doing it again and again. Judge Julia P. Lasater, as with all MCM judges, failed or intentionally did not follow the law. Sarah S. Pleben brought James D. Reid into the case to fabricate fake diagnose of Dawn Heimburger with borderline personality disorder, narcissism, psychopathy, and all other imaginable histrionic disorders to take away from Dawn Heimburger her three children. Judge Julia P. Lasater, Sarah S. Pleben, Esq., and James D. Reid, Ph.D. are working as a team to milk the Heimburger’s of every dollar left in their bank account. Judge Julia P. Lasater did not read the decision in Tolu v. Reid, which prohibits the court from appointing a psychologist pursuant to Rule 60.01. James D. Reid, Ph.D. was appointed by Judge Julia P. Lasater pursuant to Rule 60.01. Any order under this Rule 60.01(a) may be made only on motion for good cause shown, upon notice to the person against whom the order is sought and to all other parties. The necessity of a motion as an express condition to entry of a Rule 60.01(a) order is consistent with the fact that Rule 60.01 is an authorized means for conducting discovery whereby one party asks another party to submit to a physical or mental examination by a privately retained expert of the party who seeks such an appointment. Such expert shall be deemed the witness of the party procuring the examination unless called as a witness in court by the opposing party. There was no such motion made in this case and there was no good cause shown for James D. Reid, Ph.D.  appointment. Corruption runs rampant in Missouri courts. Will Governor Michael L. Parson take the lead in exterminating the MCM by pushing change to Missouri laws in removing immunity from all court involved professionals like other state governors have done to protect their children? Are there any legislators in Missouri with a backbone, who will sponsor ‘MIKAELA’S LAW’ which has been largely ignored, or are they all spineless worthless self-serving public servants that must be removed from their office? Should every current Missouri Senator and House Representative be replaced when their term expires and only be remembered for their failure to protect Missouri children? You be the Judge.

{DDN could learn to use more paragraphs.}

Here is more on the Heimburger case.

A St. Louis mother of three children is asking to remove an embattled family court insider whom she fears will give full custody to her ex-husband.

Dawn Heimburger is divorcing Craig Heimburger who played college football at the University of Missouri and was a Green Bay Packers fifth round pick in the 1999 (NFL) draft.

In her motion to set aside the appointment of Dr. James Reid, a psychologist, Heimberger’s attorney, Susan Ward, wrote:

“Petitioner has become aware of litigation concerning Dr. Reid. Petitioner has concerns about the allegations in such litigation. Petitioner's concerns cause petitioner to ask the court to reconsider Dr. James Reid as the evaluator in this matter and appoint another qualified individual to address any evaluation the court deems appropriate.”

Heimburger’s motion was set to be reviewed in St. Louis County 21st Judicial Circuit court this week. However, Ward declined to comment until after the June 28 hearing.

“He has diagnosed so many women as borderline narcissists that there would be none outside of St. Louis county based on the high amount of number that he's diagnosing and that's concerning because if he's taking women's children away and it's not men, then that would probably mean he would order that for me,” Heimburger said.

Mikaela’s Law would eliminate the quasi-judicial immunity that guardian ad litems enjoy in Missouri.

DDN seems it has disappeared again.

It may come back, but in the meantime, in honor of this mysterious newsletter- I don’t know who publishes it since it comes from a dummy email- here are some of the greatest hits from the more recent editions that I received.
