I initially interviewed Amy Palacios, then known as Amy Urban, in July 2021 with Megan Fox on the Livestream.

Amy’s story is in Mecklenburg County, which is where Charlotte is at.
She has two ex-husbands, who for a while were both represented by Jay White. She also had the Council for Children’s Rights (CFCR) as a Guardian ad Litem (GAL) for a while.
In the interview with me and Megan, Amy described how the GAL tried to have her jailed, kept her kids away for eight months and more abuse the GAL engaged in.
“She had me put in jail for an order that she wrote that was nothing like what the judge wrote.” Amy stated in the livestream.
CFCR has come up before. In this interview, Megan and I spoke with Kathy Stratton, who gave even more background. About forty-one minutes in.
Amy also described the never-ending court process.
In fact, she somehow had two custody trials in December 2021- December 2 and 6- and she received a favorable outcome from one trial, but she’s yet to hear a decision in the other.
