Jeff Reichert, the Maryland dad banned from seeing his son, is likely walking into a fixed courtroom for his trial this week.
Wayne Dolcefino has the latest.
Reichert’s case has likely been fixed since it was allowed to inappropriately be moved to its current county, Anne Arundel County in Maryland.
A custody decision had already been made in Baltimore City, where Reichert got physical custody while his ex-wife only got supervised visitation.
This happened after his ex-wife, Sarah Hornbeck, had some well publicized run ins with the law.
Dolcefino released his latest video on the eve of a custody trial where the judge, Alison Asti, won’t let his son testify.
As Dolcefino noted, she already knows what his son will say, “Sarah is the devil in human skin,” Reichert’s son said, according to court records.
Audio played by Dolcefino quoting Reichert’s son stated further, “With my mom, it’s just misery, I don’t know how to describe it but it’s just numb.”
In an email, I told Dolcefino why Grant, Reichert’s son, is not allowed to testify, “The kid challenges their narrative. That's why he can't testify.”
