Richard Luthmann and I were back for another edition of The Unknown.
We talked about the recent deal between the US and Ukraine on minerals, Elon having the audacity to ask government employees to list things they’ve accomplished, and Dan Bongino getting the number two at the Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI).
Richard also updated on the Monica Ciardi case, and the connection to former New Jersey governor, Chris Christie.
Multiple sources confirm that John Uanis {Ciardi’s ex-husband} socializes with Chris Christie and his brother, Todd Christie.
Several sources believe Uanis is a client of Christie 55 Solutions, and the former governor is “handling” the Monica Ciardi situation.
Their LinkedIn page states, “We are a New Jersey based consulting firm headed by former New Jersey Governor Chris Christie. We provide strategic counsel and consulting services to assist clients with their business strategies and opportunities, and with complex public policy and regulatory challenges at the state, federal and international levels.”
One wonders if “political fixing” for John Uanis and Melanie Hemsey is part of Christie 55 Solutions’ repertoire. As of press time, we had asked but received no answers.
About thirty minutes in, we welcomed Ray the Bonecrusher to the program to talk about What the Hale$. This included a recent statement I received from Betar US, a Jewish group which fights anti-Semitism, condemning Jeremy Hales’ use of “deuce foreskin” to describe Bruce Matzkin, a Jew.
Jeremy Hales hates Jews. Disgusting individual who stands against humanity. This Jew hater is an ugly person and scum. We warn Jew haters there will be a price.
I also covered a bill out of Georgia which looks to ban reunification camps. It’s called Ethan’s Law.
This bill, known as "Ethan's Law," amends Georgia law to place limitations on a court's ability to order a child to participate in family reunification treatments, programs, or services. Specifically, the bill prohibits courts from ordering such programs that would: violate a court order requiring no contact between the child and their parent/guardian; require an overnight, out-of-state, or multi-day stay; transfer physical or legal custody of the child; use private youth transporters or agents that employ force, threats, physical obstruction, or endanger the child's safety; or use threats of physical force, undue coercion, verbal abuse, isolation, or other distressing circumstances.
The State of Illinois introduced a similar bill earlier this year.
Creates the Keeping Children Safe from Family Violence Act. Prohibits a court from ordering family reunification treatments, programs, or services that, as a condition of enrollment or participation, require or result in any of the following: (i) a no contact order, (ii) an overnight, out-of-state, or multiday stay, (iii) a transfer of physical or legal custody of the child, (iv) the use of private youth transporters or private transportation agents engaged in the use of force, threat of force, physical obstruction, acutely distressing circumstances, or circumstances that place the safety of the child at risk, or (v) the use of threats of physical force, undue coercion, verbal abuse, isolation from the child's family, community, or other sources of support, or other acutely distressing circumstances. Applies the Act to any proceeding involving the support, custody, visitation, allocation of parental responsibilities, education, parentage, property interest, or general welfare of a child. Provides that the Act does not affect the authority granted to the courts and the Department of Children and Family Services under the Juvenile Court Act of 1987.
The Illinois bill has been assigned to the Rules Committee.
There are at least five states which have outlawed reunification camps, including Arizona, California, and New Hampshire.
I have predicted that in five years all fifty states will ban it, and I stand by that prediction. Check out {my former friend} Megan Fox, Richard, and I talking about reunification camps back in August 2024, when we were all still friends. It’s cued up to the appropriate part.
