I summarized two stories I’ve recently done: from Kane County, Illinois and from California.
In Kane County, two children- one boy and one girl- want to transition to the opposite sex. One of the two has tried to commit suicide.
The Guardian ad litem (GAL) says the two court appointed therapists blame each other.
Because of all the confusion, the GAL and others suggest they would like to appoint a custody evaluator.
The appointment of this evaluator is necessary, “to tie it in a bow,” dad’s attorney stated.
