Another whistleblowing attorney faces retaliation from the BAR.
I previously described this pattern in this article.
You can add Evita Tolu to the list of attorneys targeted by the BAR for discipline and retaliation.
Tolu first received attention when she filed a lawsuit against the notorious St. Louis area guardian ad litem (GAL), Elaine Pudlowski, and others.
In fact, Tolu’s lawsuit is what first made Pudlowski notorious.
The lawsuit led the swamp in St. Louis to panic.
Reid is James Reid who was also on the lawsuit. Not only was there communication between judges and lawyer- like Sarah Pleban- about her lawsuit, but the most corrupt GALs then held the now notorious Zoom conference on January 27, 2021.
On this Zoom conference, the nearly forty corrupt GALs discussed how to pay for computer expert to track down the proprietor of the emailed newsletter Daily Docket News (DDN), all while hiding how this was to be paid. Shevon Harris, who is on the OCDC (Office of Chief Disciplinary Counsel for the BAR) instructed on how to avoidOCDC scrutiny.
Harris has not faced any discipline.
While Tolu’s lawsuit was dismissed, it spawned copycats, particularly against Pudlowski, and the die was cast.
Tolu was not done being menace to the corrupt system.
First, Tolu, who specializes in immigration law, briefly represented Angela Freiner in a criminal matter pro bono.
More importantly, she then represented Cindy Haynes while championing Mikaela’s Law. Mikaela, Cynthia’s daughter, killed herself rather than spend time with child molesting father, Charles: he is serving seven years for child molestation.
Now, Tolu had gone too far, and the system had no choice but to stop her.
As the corrupt GAL Sarah Pleban once suggested, “this threatens to take down the entire system.”
So, Tolu now faces BAR discipline.
