St. Louis County Courts Have Put Teenager into Crisis

Melissa Hagemeier's daughter is in a long term treatment facility

The St. Louis County family court system has produced another messy outcome.

The audio in the podcast is Melissa Hagemeier and her teenage daughter.

I’ve covered Melissa’s story extensively.

Two of Melissa’s children, her son and daughter, were taken from her in November 2020.

She didn’t see them until November 2021.

Melissa was accused of “severe” parental alienation by her ex, in particularly her exes lawyer, Ryan Munro.

Her kids were then taken through a judicial back door. I previously described it this way.

Munro, Hagemeier told me, is a well-known father's right's attorney; he seems to know the father's rights playbook well.

He quickly filed a motion arguing among other things, "severe alienation" a roundabout way of saying that mom was engaging in parental alienation.

The court and all its actors quickly followed suit.

That TRO was filed on November 3, 2020, and the next day law enforcement were at Hagemeier's door demanding her two children with her ex-husband be handed to them immediately.

The police even showed and threatened her with arrest if she did not hand them over. See below.

While in her dad’s custody, Melissa’s daughter disclosed in graphic detail to police that her father had been molesting her.

Find the article about this police report here.

"She then stated that she then lost her virginity but at least he wore a condom," the police report quoted Melissa’s daughter as stating, "{The girl} stated that she recalled that her night gown was pulled up and her underwear was pulled down. She disclosed that she had been laying on her back and her father crawled on top of her. {Her father} struck her in the left side of her face with his fist causing her to get dizzy. He then pushed her legs up pinning them against her chest when he put his penis into her vagina."

Somehow both Ryan Munro and the guardian ad litem (GAL), Molly Murphy, were able to thwart this police investigation.

Munro sent out subpoenas demanding that members of the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Department be deposed for his custody case. Part of an email is below.

Find the full article here.

Then, Molly Murphy got the girl, still a teenager, deposed; at this deposition, Melissa’s daughter recanted her prior allegations.

I covered this previously.

Munro and Murphy schemed and forced this girl to sit for a deposition, which often last for hours and force those being question to answer nearly every question asked.

At this deposition, Hagemeier told me, her daughter recanted the disclosures.

"They did depo my daughter who recanted, which clearly was setup. We knew she would recant based off the email my daughter sent back in March after a conversation with her father."

In that March conversation, Hagemeier told me, her daughter said her father told her if she recanted she would go back to living with her mom.

Melissa’s daughter also sent her an email on March, 31, 2021 stating, “Ma, me and {Melissa’s ex-hsuband} just talked, he agreed to stop fighting for custody for me idk about {her brother} if I say I wasn’t raped then they will let me go back home, they will send out a paper for you to agree, but you have to accept.”

Melissa signed an agreement in November 2021 for 50/50 custody and joint legal. She previously told me she felt coerced.

Now, in the audio in the podcast, we saw the effects of this on Melissa’s daughter.

She became sexually active, believed she was pregnant; then, her father screamed at her and demeaned her.

“I told dad, and he started yelling at me. He got pissed really fast, and he wouldn’t ask me how I was doing.” Melissa’s daughter tells her. “He just started telling me how he had so much going, and he was already dealing with court. It was too much pressure on him. ‘Why do you do this shit; it’s all your fault’”

Melissa’s daughter was able to also get a tattoo while living exclusively with dad.

Melissa told me her daughter felt suicidal going back to her dad. Melissa said she recently put her into a long term care facility.
