Derrick Smith’s attempt to prove that Sean “Puff Daddy” Combs raped him in 1997 took another turn.

This time he released a powerful document that should put to rest any doubts about his story…except.

Smith is in jail in Michigan, pleading guilty in two separate rape cases, which he states are bogus prosecutions.

He filed last year a multi hundred-million-dollar lawsuit claiming that Combs, drugged and raped him while unconscious.

His story was bolstered by several affidavits, confirming the event, and a purported police report.
