Paul Boyne is in jail since February 2, 2026, and now, the transcripts from three hearings which led to his unfair incarceration have been released.
They detail how the prosecutor, Jack Doyle, and the judge, Peter Brown, focused on my and Richard Luthmann’s actions, rather than Paul’s.
They also show that Judge Brown’s position changed drastically from the second to third hearing when he made a snap decision based on no new evidence.
