Re-examining the therapist's notes of Dr. Jim Gilbertson
He had a front row seat to the disintegration of a family, and he did nothing.
Prior to receiving the 2021 Zoom conference showing almost forty corrupt St. Louis area guardian ad litem scheming together, the most significant document I have received was therapist’s notes from Dr. Jim Gilbertson.
Dr. Jim was assigned to the Rucki case on September 7, 2012.
That same order signed by Judge David Knutson ordered neither parent to have any contact with their five children, while granting temporary custody to the paternal aunt, Tami Love.
In reality, when the five children came home and found their mother missing, the ran to a police station and were allowed to live with their maternal aunt, Nancy Olson, temporarily.
This uneasy arrangement forced on those children by Judge Knutson continued until April 19, 2013. That’s when all five kids were forced to live with Tami again. The two oldest- Samantha and Giann- ran and lived with Doug and Gina Dahlen in another part of Minnesota- they lived in Lakeville, Minnesota- until October 2015, when they were found.
Their mother, Sandra Grazzini-Rucki, her friend Dede Evavold, and the Dahlens were all found guilty of parental deprivation because David Rucki eventually got sole custody, and his custody time was violated for those years.
Dr. Gilbertson had a front row seat to the disintegration of this family and he non-chalantly described it.
Dr. Jim was also called out by Samantha in an audio recording. About three minutes in, she describes how he got a “boner” while massaging her neck. Samantha was fourteen at the time.
These notes were not turned over to the defense during any of the criminal cases; had they been, all would have likely been found not guilty.
