Paul Boyne speaks!!
He's out of a Connecticut jail and back in Virginia. He spoke exclusively with me about Trump, the Americans with Disabilities Act, frivolous bills made by his lawyers, and more.
Paul Boyne finally kissed the slammer in Connecticut goodbye- for now- and made his way back to Virginia.
He was released in January after spending more than a year and a half in maximum security.
He’s still charged and awaiting trial.
So, does he sound different? To know that, first you’d need to listen to an interview he did from jail.
To catch up those new to this story, Paul was picked up in Virginia in the summer of 2023 and charged in Connecticut with cyberstalking and other charges because he wrote mean things on his blog, thefamilycourtcircus.com, about Connecticut judges like Thomas Moukawsher.

Paul has called the posts satire, telling Richard Luthmann, “If you can joke about a .50 cal and Obama, why not judges?”
Paul was referring to US Vs Bagdasarian in which Walter Bagdasarian stated, “Obama fk the niggar, he will have a 50 cal in the head soon”
The US Supreme Court deemed that not a crime. Paul has said similar things, so I’ve argued that the case is trumped up.
Not everyone agreed: Professor Eugene Volokh teaches law at UCLA and is considered a leading expert on the first amendment. He cited numerous instances- taken from the arrest warrant- of speech which could be deemed criminal.
Judge Moukawsher “in the crosshair sight of a firearm” (¶ 17); “The judicial vengeance of Judge Moukawsher begs a .50 cal to the head” (¶ 18); talk of “assassinations” and “.50 caliber ammunition” (¶ 5); the items listed in ¶ 6; “is she beginning for a .308 shot to the head thru two panes of window glass from an oath keeper, concealed in the woods behind her house? A quick .50 cal to the head, delivered thru the back window of her car” (¶ 8); “worthy of a .50 cal to the head” (¶ 10); the Molotov cocktail stuff in ¶ 11; “Hunt Deichert!” and related material (¶ 12); “are there enough .50 cals for all the chosen heads in need of redemption?” (¶ 13); and more.
Pauls’ case is nearing on two years, and a trial has not even been scheduled yet.
