On Northwest Liberty News Talking Misapplication of Court Orders and More
We discuss that and the trial of Cindy Abcug.
I was on with James White on Northwest Liberty News yesterday.
Check out the interview here.
We talked about my recent article on all court orders not being applied equally.
Specifically, Jim and I talked about Mikale Bendian.
Mikale, a biological woman who identifies as a male, has been involved in a custody battle with his ex-girlfriend, Kristin Haynes.
Since March 2022, he has refused to bring back their daughter, thirteen, because he claimed that this girl had seen the light. She discovered that her mother was alienating Mikale, listed as the father, from her and now refuses to go back.
The judge has allowed Mikale to keep this girl, despite a court order saying otherwise.
Behind the scenes, Mikale’s girlfriend, Amber Noland, has been reaching out to places where I have talked about the case and asked them to remove the interviews: with some success.
She had a previous interview I did with Jim about this case removed and then reached out to him with this note.
hi, i had Rumble take down your Michael Volpe interview with our minor daughter's information and the trans hate language which insights violence against our famliy. There is now a court order making our minor daughter's information private and sealed, yet he just published her sealed document to court that has her pysdonym. Please remove the videos with Michael Volpe from your links. Rumble, Soundcloud and Podbean have been supportive and removed all interviews with him on the Trans subject where he mentions and shows private documents with my minor child’s name on them and puts our safety at risk with the trans comments. thank you.
Jim refused to remove the interview from other spots, and it remains available here.
I also did a follow up which remains up as well.
Meanwhile, Mikale is not likely to watch my latest interview; he responded this way to my most recent email.
Don’t email again.
Amber has cancelled her subscription, stating, “Volpe is publishing very hateful things suddenly and I have no interest in reading them anymore.”
Kristin has filed a new motion, arguing that Mikale is the one alienating their child.
In other words, it’s another typical day in family court in the USA.
Jim and I also got into a discussion about Cindy Abcug.
Cindy had her son medically kidnapped by Colorado social services in 2019; then, she was charged with a conspiracy to kidnap her son.
If that wasn’t enough, she was smeared by media: particularly by Will Sommer of the Daily Beast.
Cyndie Abcug had a gun, a QAnon conspiracy theorist for a bodyguard, and a conviction that “deep state” cabal agents had abducted her 7-year-old son.
Abcug, 50, also had a plan, according to a police report: an armed assault on a Colorado foster home to “free” her son. Abcug’s 15-year-old daughter had tipped off sheriff’s deputies to the alleged scheme, fearful that people would be hurt in what Abcug purportedly called the “raid.”
Cindy knows as much about QAnon as I do about the latest fashion trends from Milan. Though first arrested in 2019, her not so speedy trial is starting this week.
She is the only one charged in this so-called conspiracy (defined as two or more people planning a crime together). She was in Montana, when arrested, though her son was somewhere in Colorado.
Finally, the gun they found was purchased legally. It seems like this Colorado mom was targeted.
Megan Fox of PJ Media will be covering the trial.
