New Jersey judge bars woman from calling the police.
This seems like an illegal order: will anyone care?
A New Jersy judge has issued a shocking order.
Judge Marlene Lynch Ford has told a litigant she is not allowed to call the police, even if her ex-husband commits a crime.
The order was issued in the case of Rachel Alintoff and Bryan Alintoff. The key portion states, “Rachel Alintoff shall be prohibited from using the Police to force the minor child into visitation when he does not wish.”
Rachel told me that the local police have been made aware of the order and would not intercede if Bryan does decide to keep their son away.
To understand how haphazard this order is, consider the case of Lori Thaner from Connecticut. Her kids also refused to see their father, who was abusive- so they had good reason. In that case, the police used the threat of jailing mom to force the kids to come back to their father’s. Here’s more from my 2019 article in The Daily Caller.
Lori Thaner said police repeatedly showed up after her kids ran from an abusive situation.
CPS substantiated neglect against her ex-husband but that report appears to have been buried as no action was taken.
On May 25, 2015, her ex-husband first reached out to the Glastonbury, Connecticut Police Department, where Thaner lived, after their kids refused to go back to him when Thaner’s custody time ended.
Glastonbury Police told her ex-husband he wasn’t even allowed on her property, according to a warrant.
That same warrant stated, “He [Glastonbury Police Officer] stated he explained the situation to him [Thaner’s ex-husband] and he told him they do not get involved in civil matters.”
So, Thaner’s ex went to the police department where he lived, the Norwalk Police Department and filed a report; the Norwalk Police Department later filed a criminal warrant for Thaner on June 2, 2015.
The Glastonbury Police then executed the warrant and removed the kids.
Glastonbury Police did not return messages for comment.
“The warrant speaks for itself,” said the Norwalk Police Department officer who spoke with the Caller.
He didn’t respond to a voicemail for comment. The Trumbull Police Department officer on duty who spoke with The Caller said, “You have the police report,” but declined further comment.
Another time her kids ran away and refused to return, Bozzuto had Thaner incarcerated until the kids returned to their father.
Thaner said she served fifty-eight days in prison for custodial interference in 2017.
Consistency is not a hallmark of American family courts.
These games are not new. A couple years ago, Bryan kept their son away from Rachel, also claiming that their son just refused to see his mother.
That hearing in March was called after their son had homicidal ideations- talking about getting and AK 47 and hand grenade- about his dad.
It appears that Bryan Alintoff took notice of Judge Dalton's bias in that hearing. Following release of my article on April 30, 2021, Bryan Alintoff has been keeping the couple's son, who is autistic, away from Rachel, despite court orders giving her custody time, including on Mother's Day which she did not spend with her son.
Rachel Alintoff has filed custodial interference charges however thus far law enforcement has not made a determination.
As a result, Judge Dalton heard a motion to enforce the previous orders and grant the custody time the orders gave and this motion was heard on May 14, 2021.
Bryan Alintoff argued that their son saw my article and now refuses to see his mom.
At the time, the case was in front of Judge Angela White Dalton- who may have a crush on me- who was presiding over the case in Monmouth County.
The case has since moved to a new county- Ocean County- but it seems the judges are up to their same tricks.
Though Bryan- in 2021- insisted that his son refused to see his mother, he was eventually forced to and there were no problems on exchanges, visits, and otherwise.
Now, in 2023, Bryan is up to his old tricks.
I sent him an email, but he did not respond. He did respond to an email in 2021.
Mr. Volpe,
It has come to my attention that you posted confidential information about my son, a minor on the internet.
Judge Dalton issued a gag order on 4/26/21. You posted your "article" on 4/30/21. You are in violation of a Court Order.
Please take it down immediately.
I did not take it down; Bryan definitely wanted it down since it showed his son fantasizing about killing him.
All of those homicidal ideations have been settled, but now- if you believe Bryan- his son refuses to see his mother.
Well done New Jersey courts.
Rachel has already filed a federal lawsuit about her treatment by the courts.
Little has changed since this case has moved to Ocean County. I reached out to the New Jersey courts for comment, but I received no response. I attempted to reach Bryan’s attorney, William A Miller, but no working number was available.
