Michone Riewer won’t face bar discipline resulting from her frivolous subpoena

It wasn’t all positive news heading my way after I defied two frivolous subpoenas from Illinois attorney Michone Riewer.

First, there is a teenager currently being forced to live with her father, Sebastin Francis, and she has accused him of molesting her.

“Mostly to talk about my dad and how he abuses me,” the teenage girl told a forensic interviewer. “My dad raped me since I was four or five until I was like thirteen.”

“I still feel uneasy when he touches me and sleep most of the time with my door locked. I am tired and drained a lot now and it’s really hard. I just wanna live with my mom again please,” the teenager later said in an email.

The court, mainly Judge Randie Bruno, doesn’t care. There is a custody trial which should finish up in the next two weeks, and there is little doubt that the judge will order this girl into the sole custody of the accused child molester.

Second, I filed a bar complaint against Michone Riewer. In Illinois, bar discipline is handled by the Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission (ARDC). Here is their response.

It’s not the first time I filed a complaint against a scumbag lawyer. It’s been the same fruitless effort.

All of this got me ranting.
