The last twenty four hours have been hectic in response to a recent investigation of the California non-profit One With the Ocean

In it, I talked about how Bryan Mineo, the founder of OWO, takes an exorbitant salary while doing very little with the donations to fulfill the mission of the charity.
Since the article came out, I have had a lot of activity.
Yesterday, after calling Bryan, I received a cease and desist letter from his attorney, Raj Matani. Here is part of it.
Matani also stated the following.
Matani gave me until 5PM today to remove the original article, retract the story, and cease any future articles about Mineo and OWO or “Mr. Mineo will seek all available remedies, including but not limited to suing you for defamation.”
This post means I have rejected their offer.
