If Judge Bigelow found the parents were not emotionally abusive and ordered custody returned, why did CPS still keep control? Why were medical rights later stripped? Why was a vulnerable girl put deeper into state custody instead of back with her family? This is not care. It is coercion wearing therapeutic language and carrying government power.

The girl was bullied, but that was at another school in Massachusetts. Due to the persistent bullying, they moved to California.
