Kara Witkowski gives an update on her case.

She lost nearly all contact with both her children, 2 and 4, at the time, in the spring of 2019.
Then, with her ex, Thomas Biel, having nearly one hundred percent custody, she had some supervised visits until August 2019, her son, James Ryker Biel, died on Halloween 2019.

On October 31, 2019, at approximately 9:50PM Kara Witkowski’s two-year-old son was found dead at the home of her ex-boyfriend, Thomas Biel.
“He was found in the master bedroom and his lips were blue,” Witkowski said of her son.
At the time of her son’s death, Witkowski was barred from seeing either of her two children by court order of Judge John Dalton of the Illinois 16th Circuit and upon the recommendation of DCFS. Dalton has not responded to the Daily Caller’s requests for comment, though it is standard procedure not to comment on ongoing cases.
Witkowski lives in Elgin in Kane County.
Following the death of her son, Witkowski described how she was coerced into taking 50/50 custody with Tom, who almost certainly killed their son.
She updates her case. Tom is up for contempt of court, but court was postponed today.
