Sarah’s case started with her having nearly all custody time after an incident in which she described her ex attacking her while holding their then eighteen month old son.
Slowly, courts, including Judge Dalton, increased his parenting time.
Initially, he only got one weekday evening and six hours over the weekend; next he received fifty two overnights, then over one hundred overnights.
Judge Dalton, Sarah described, gave what she called a “counterfeit order” that also wiped out the domestic violence incident and the custody time increases continued.
Currently, her ex-husband is demanding sole custody, arguing that she called in a false report to social services; Sarah denies that.
