Amber Wysocki joins me on the podcast.
She describes being emotionally abused and having to raise her kids nearly by herself with her military ex-husband.
But when she got into court, none of that mattered. Judge Michael Surles, in an October 2021 ruling, granted her ex-husband physical custody and allowed him to move the kids to Hawaii.
There was a twist. Her ex-husband did not expect to win so he was not even ready to take the kids. As such, she continues to take care of the kids they share.
Amber also describes how she went to CPS after her daughter exhibited sexualized behavior, but rather than a proper investigation, CPS hoisted in-home services on both her and her ex-husband forcing her take parenting classes and other services.
She also said that she tried desperately to complete everything within three months, having learned that CPS can start to take your kids if no progress is made in that three month period.
Amber recommends videotaping CPS and asking as many questions as possible.

UPDATE: Amber’s ex-husband’s ex-girlfriend reached out to say that she did not work as a stripper but at a bar. She also said she was 30 around the time this occurred so it could not have been for fifteen years, as Amber suggested. Amber talked about her approximately ten minutes into the broadcast.
