Michael Volpe Investigates Podcast The Impromptu: Episode 39 an Interview with Heather Boger

Though her ex is in jail for serious child sex related charges, Heather tells me the system is not done with her.
Mugshot of Timothy Campbell, Heather’s ex-boyfriend

Heather Boger was the latest guest on the podcast.

I have previously done several posts on Heather’s story.

I found her story by accident after a Davie County, North Carolina social worker named Kristen Rash sent me her and her ex-boyfriend’s name by accident.

Her ex boyfriend, Timothy Campbell, is currently residing in the Iredell County Jail, and he is facing very serious charges.

A Harmony man is facing 18 counts of statutory sex offense with a child after an investigation by the Iredell County Sheriff’s Office.

Timothy Clayton Campbell, 29, of Abbeydale Road, was arrested Wednesday. A magistrate set bond at $1 million.

Iredell Sheriff Darren Campbell, in a news release, said Deputy A.N. Guadalupe of the Sex Offender Registry Unit, began an investigation after a report was filed concerning a juvenile being sexually assaulted. The report indicated the offenses occurred between April and December of last year.

Despite that, a court granted Tim sole custody in 2019, even as Heather was complaining to authorities about the alleged abuse he’s now being charged with. That order is below.

The Judge who signed this 2019 order is Judge Carlos Jane of Davie County.
